This is the blog for our USA part of our trip. It's brown like our van. When we were travelling abroad we realized how magnificent the US of A really is - the friendly peoples, the great service, the stability and safety we all take for granted, and of course the immense beauty that truly rivals all the amazing sights we saw abroad. So we decided we should learn more about it ourselves. I am sure we will come back with even more appreciation for the beauty and diversity of the American landscape and our fellow country-people.We don't have an itinerary except to go south, find the sun and then take a left. We'd like to stay on the smaller highways, see the places we've never been, go to other places we never knew existed. No timelines or dates, just try to stay where it's warm, not hot, where there's plenty of fresh air and countryside. Maybe we'll hit a city or two. Maybe we won't make it out of Arizona -who knows? That's the beauty of travellin' in a campervan!
So we hope you'll follow us on our new adventure. We'll tell you about what we see and hopefully you'll learn something new about this country we call home.
